Tapnet · Capability summary
Tapnet for multi-branch logistics
A configurable logistics operations platform connecting dispatch, delivery records, drivers, proof of delivery, documents and reporting. Workflow automation, accounting and enterprise-system integrations are scoped with each customer. Updated 8 November 2026. Prices exclude VAT.
What works across branches today
- Several depots, branches and regions
- One platform, with reporting by customer, vehicle, driver or branch.
- Dispatch to your fleet or subcontractors
- One list of what is waiting and what is on the road, with priority and exception handling.
- A POD on every waybill
- From the Android Driver App, rolled out with your set-up, or uploaded. Time-stamped, with location when available and permitted.
- Imports, exports and APIs
- Bulk CSV in and out, plus authenticated APIs and signed webhooks for connections scoped with you.
- Roles enforced on the server
- Owner, Admin, Editor, Member and Viewer, with a record of who changed what, and when.
- Workflows without code
- Conditional and scheduled workflows, such as a follow-up when a POD is still missing.

How a pilot is judged
Agreed before the pilot starts, measured on your own data. No result is promised in advance.
- POD availability. Share of delivered jobs with a signed POD on the waybill, and how soon after delivery
- Manual follow-up time. Time spent chasing PODs and status, before and during the pilot
- Exception visibility. Late, failed and unassigned jobs seen on screen, not discovered by phone
- Report completeness. Delivery reports by branch, customer and vehicle without manual assembly
- User adoption. Dispatchers and drivers working live jobs in Tapnet
- Invoice readiness. Days from delivery to a billable record, verified on your data
