All prices exclude VAT. Setup fees are once-off. Monthly automation usage limits apply. Premium actions such as AI processing, WhatsApp, SMS and paid third-party APIs are billed based on usage, and additional automation usage is available at agreed rates.
What sets the price
- How many workflows
- One workflow on Starter (POD validation, invoice pipeline, dispatch trigger or stock management), three connected on Growth, five to eight on Scale.
- How many drivers
- Starter charges R200 per driver a month. Growth includes 15 drivers, then R200 each; Scale includes 30, then R150 each. Fleet size often decides the tier.
- What it connects to
- Each connection is part of the build: Sage or Xero, WhatsApp Business, Cartrack and the other systems you run. Advanced CRM and accounting integrations start at Growth.
- Dashboards and access
- A simple management interface on Starter, a unified operations dashboard on Growth, and department-wide reporting with role-based access on Scale.
- Custom software
- Enterprise is a custom platform for complex, multi-branch operations, from R200,000 over 12–20 weeks. Connecting legacy enterprise systems needs a scoping session first.

Terms on every quote
- Month-to-month
- Every package runs month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contract.
- Spread the setup fee
- On Growth, Scale and Enterprise the setup fee can be split into two or three payments.
- Change tier any time
- Starter can move to Growth, and Growth to Scale or Enterprise, as you add drivers or workflows.
- Your data and your build
- You own your data and can export it, and you own the custom work we build for you.

Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. It is a 30-minute call with no obligation. If Tapnet is not the right fix for your operation, we tell you on the call.
What should I bring to the call?
Last month’s invoice run and a rough count of drivers and admin staff. Black out customer names if you prefer; we only need the shape of the numbers.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every published price excludes VAT.
What if we need more than workflow automation?
Enterprise covers a custom platform, from R200,000 setup over 12–20 weeks, with unlimited drivers on the POD app. We scope it with you before quoting.
